Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Sunshine Labs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Sunshine Labs is not responsible for carrier delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sunshine Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost, missing, or stolen. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery confirmation, investigation, or claim assistance.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the product condition. We will review the issue and determine the best available resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
