Sunshine Labs aims to provide a professional and reliable shopping experience. Due to the nature of research-use-only products, returns and refunds are limited.

Research Product Policy

All products sold by Sunshine Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Because of product integrity, safety, storage, and handling concerns, we generally cannot accept returns once products have been shipped or delivered.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited situations, such as:

  • An order was cancelled before processing or shipment.
  • The wrong item was sent.
  • An item arrived damaged and proper evidence is provided.
  • A product was unavailable after payment was made.
  • A duplicate order or payment error occurred.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Refunds are not provided for orders lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the package, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Sunshine Labs first so we can review and resolve any issue. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions or order cancellation.
